We will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade database infrastructure in the Optimove US region.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience temporary degradation or interruption across parts of the Optimove platform, including the Optimove user interface, template management, Preference Center APIs, and campaign execution for native channels.
Campaigns scheduled or triggered during the maintenance window may fail or be delayed. This may affect channels including Optimail, Web Pop-Up, In-App Messaging, Overlay, Push, Web Push, RCS, SMS, Web Inbox, and WhatsApp.
We recommend customers avoid scheduling critical campaigns during the maintenance window.
No action is required from customers. We will provide updates once the maintenance begins and when it is completed.
