Expected impact:
Some Optimobile-related services may be temporarily delayed or unavailable during the maintenance window, including campaign execution, event processing, push token registration, template management, and messaging-related webhook processing.

Affected channels:
Mobile Push, Web Push, SMS, WhatsApp, and In-App Messaging.

We expect the customer-facing impact to be temporary while maintenance is in progress. Updates will be provided as needed.
