Monitoring

We identified and implemented a fix for elevated errors in our batch update process and API services.

A fix has been implemented, and we are seeing the error rate drop as expected. We are still monitoring Batch process progress and API error rates.

Possible impact:
1. Some tenants will experience delays in scheduled campaign execution as part of the batch process.
2. Some API endpoints returned 503 errors for "POST" calls
