We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the SFTP file transfer service in the Optimove Europe and USA regions.
What to expect: No visible impact is expected. New SFTP connections are served continuously throughout the window. Existing connections are given time to complete, so in-flight file transfers are expected to finish normally.
In rare cases, an SFTP session may be briefly disconnected or fail to connect during the window. If that happens, please retry the transfer.
This maintenance is limited to SFTP file transfers only. The Optimove user interface, APIs, the daily batch data process, and campaign execution are not affected.
Action required: No action is required from customers. For automated SFTP integrations, we recommend your process includes standard retry handling so any brief interruption is retried automatically.
We will provide updates when the maintenance begins and when it is completed.
