Optimove expects NO impact on Optimove users and end users.

However there is very low chance of impact on:

Up to 15 minutes where its not possible to create/update templates in the visual editor. Users might get errors in the UI.

End Users - Campaign recipients recipients:
Reduced performance in sent and delivered campaigns containing images
Reduced performance in pop-ups containing images
