The Fix is ready and is in testing stages - We expect a delivery ETA of 15 minutes that will allow our teams to restart the Batch process for impacted tenants.

Investigating

We are investigating elevated errors in our batch update process. Specifically, we are facing an issue with the Data importing service on the optimove side. This is causing delays in batch data processing.

Possible impact: Some tenants will experience up to 2 hours delays in scheduled campaign execution as part of the batch process.
