We will be performing scheduled infrastructure maintenance in the Optimove EU region. This is not a continuous outage for the full window - interruptions are brief and staggered across tenants as the maintenance progresses.
What to expect: The maintenance window is up to 12 hours, but impact per customer is brief. As each server is maintained, the affected tenant may experience up to 5 minutes of interruption.
During that short interruption: - The Optimove user interface may be temporarily unavailable - API requests to retrieve information may fail or time out - Additionally, some campaigns scheduled or triggered during the maintenance window may be delayed. - - Any campaigns that do not complete during the window are expected to process automatically once the maintenance is complete.
Recommendation: For API integrations, please ensure your requests include standard retry handling so any brief interruption is retried automatically. We also recommend avoiding time-sensitive, UI-dependent work during the maintenance window where possible.
No action is required from customers. We will provide updates when the maintenance begins and when it is completed.
