Optimove Infrastructure - Outbound IP Address for Track & Trigger-related communications

We would like to inform you of infrastructure upgrades Optimove will be making to Triggered Campaigns. With this change, we require a change in your IP allowlist for Track & Trigger-related communications.

** What do you need to do? **
We kindly request that you add the following IP addresses to your allowlist by July 1st, 2024, to ensure your customers receive Triggered Campaigns:

*EU (api5.optimove.com)*
35.242.199.57
35.198.188.17
34.107.29.24
35.246.154.200
34.107.86.58

*US (api4.optimove.com)*
35.199.60.237
35.221.56.26
35.221.33.157
34.86.85.20
35.221.48.107

These IPs may already exist in your allowlist as part of previous upgrades that have been made to other outbound traffic of Webhooks and Callback URLs (https://developer.optimove.com/docs/ip-whitelisting-guide#webhooks-and-callback-urlsa-idwebhooksa ). From July 1st, all EventType11 notifications will be sent through these IP addresses only.
