Monitoring

We have identified the issue and are recovering from elevated errors in our batch update process. A fix has been implemented, and we are currently monitoring the results.

Investigating

We are investigating elevated errors in our batch update process. Specifically, we are facing an issue with one of the third-party data synchronization services that Optimove uses to keep the data updated within different environments.

Possible impact: Some tenants will experience delays in scheduled campaign execution as part of the batch process.
