A fix was deployed
IMPORTANT NOTE: The fix requires resetting the user credentials - meaning users might experience ONE last disconnection within the next 60 minutes (Starting now 16:20 UTC ending 17:20 UTC).

We have identified an issue affecting the Optimove site. This incident is limited to website UI. We see intermittent logout of users and page failure to load while using the Optimove Site.

The root cause was identified and we are working on a fix

Daily process, Campaign execution, and API access are fully functional and unaffected
