We will be performing scheduled infrastructure maintenance on a backend database in our EU region during this window.

Customers may experience intermittent delays in Campaign Execution and Target Group eligibility calculation during the maintenance period. Affected processes will resume automatically once the maintenance is complete; any background tasks that did not complete will be re-run.

No UI or API impact is expected. Real-time channels (Email, SMS, Push, Web SDK) are not affected.
